Pricing and booking
How is the price calculated?
Your price comes from your home's size, bedrooms and bathrooms, its current condition, and any add-ons you choose. Enter those details in the instant quote and you'll see your exact price before you book. There's no travel fee anywhere in our service area.
Do I need to call for a quote?
No. The instant quote takes about a minute: enter your home's details, see your price, and pick an open time online. No account is needed to book.
How soon can I book?
Openings appear in the instant quote up to 28 days ahead, starting about 20 hours from now. You choose a 60-minute arrival window.
What if my home is very large or needs extra work?
Very large homes, many bedrooms or bathrooms, large add-on quantities and heavy-buildup move-outs get a quick review from our team. You'll see a preliminary estimate and can send a booking request; we confirm the final price before anything is charged.
Payment and changes
When do I pay?
Online bookings are paid in full at checkout by card. Card details go straight to our payment processor; we never see or store your card number.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Rescheduling or cancelling is free up to 24 hours before your arrival window. Inside 24 hours, online rescheduling closes and cancelling keeps a $50 late-cancellation fee.
Can I manage my booking online?
Yes. Your confirmation email has a link to reschedule or cancel your cleaning online.
Services
What services do you offer?
Residential interior cleaning: standard house cleaning, recurring house cleaning (weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly), deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning, plus add-ons like inside the oven or fridge, interior windows, blinds, dishes and laundry.
Do you clean offices or exteriors?
Not at this time. We clean home interiors only.
Do I need to be home?
No. Just make sure we can get in, and share any access or parking instructions when you book.
Do you use eco-friendly products?
Yes. We clean with eco-friendly products.
Are you locally owned?
Yes. Palafox Cleaning Co. is a local, veteran-owned and operated business in Pensacola, FL.
Do you work around pets?
Yes. Our team is happy to work around pets. Let us know about them when you book.
Service area
Where do you clean?
Homes in Pensacola (Escambia County) and in Gulf Breeze, Pace and Milton (Santa Rosa County). The instant quote checks your ZIP code automatically.
Is there a travel fee for homes outside Pensacola?
No. Pricing is the same everywhere we serve. Your price depends on your home and the cleaning you choose, not your ZIP code.
